Qualifications

• Minimum required education is a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for area ownership of housekeeping and safety training.
• Direct efforts of assigned personnel to meet output goals.
• Participates in the selection, training, and motivation of employees.
• Works with the quality team to maintain acceptable levels of product quality.
• Performs necessary analysis to ensure accuracy of all ERP transactions.
• Runs production report out meetings to support implemented plans.
