The ideal candidate has 1-2 years assembly experience with 3 years supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Lean and KPI concepts. This onsite role emphasizes teamwork and continuous improvement.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of assembly experience with 3 years supervisory experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of KPI and Lean principles.
• Proficient computer skills (SSO, JD Edwards, MS Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Train, develop, and support assemblers to ensure procedures and quality requirements.
• Maintain production scheduling systems and track productivity with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor performance, assign development opportunities, and conduct evaluations.
• Address material shortages, equipment issues, and production concerns.
• Communicate goals and delivery expectations for on-time performance.
• Promote safe work environment and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Conduct quality inspections and participate in MRB and quality initiatives.
• Support ISO standards compliance and continuous improvement efforts.
