Job summary

HC Forklift America Corporation, based in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support purchasing and order management in Rock Hill, SC. You will ensure accurate invoicing, PO creation, and cross-functional collaboration to meet delivery expectations.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Business or Supply Chain and 1–3 years of related experience, with strong data entry, ERP/OMS proficiency, and excellent communication with suppliers and internal teams. This is an onsite role.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years in procurement, purchasing, or order processing.
• Experience with ERP/OMS/portals or inventory systems.
• Strong data entry accuracy and documentation management.
• Excellent communication with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and submit invoices to factories with accuracy.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and suppliers to align orders.
