Job summary

Nextiva, headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks a hands-on Procurement Coordinator to source, evaluate, and manage software, services, and business tools onsite four days a week. You’ll partner with Finance, IT, Legal, and other teams to ensure timely, compliant purchasing.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in procurement or supply chain, a related Bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with procure-to-pay systems (Oracle a plus).

Qualifications

• 1+ year in procurement or supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (or equivalent).
• Familiar with procure-to-pay processes and ERP systems (Oracle a plus).
• Strong Excel and business tool proficiency.
• Experience using AI tools to support research, analysis, or workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure software, services, and business tools.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Legal, and other teams to guide purchasing decisions.
• Assist in RFQs/RFPs and vendor selection processes.
• Track procurement activities, follow-ups, and timelines.
• Support vendor negotiations focused on cost savings and value.
• Use AI to summarize contracts, compare bids, and streamline reporting.
