vTech Solution in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Senior Procurement Analyst to lead software, SaaS, cloud, and related IT services procurements. Qualifications

  • Strong experience in IT procurement.
  • Knowledge of IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, and related goods and services procurement.
  • Experience with RFI, RFQ, and RFP development and vendor evaluation.
  • Understanding of software licensing models including per-user, per-core, and consumption-based licensing.
  • Strong financial analysis skills including TCO, ROI, and cost optimization.
  • Excellent communication, research, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Conduct supplier research and provide procurement recommendations.
  • Strategically negotiate Service Level Agreements (SLAs), data sovereignty clauses, and renewal caps.
  • Perform Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI) analyses.
  • Partner with Security, Legal, and Privacy teams to clear software vetting workflows.
  • Identify overlapping software capabilities across business units to optimize and reduce waste.

Job Summary

The Senior Procurement Analyst will lead enterprise procurement activities focused on software, SaaS, cloud, and related IT services. This role involves managing the entire lifecycle of software acquisitions, contract renewals, license optimization, and vendor negotiations while collaborating with IT, Legal, Finance, and InfoSec teams to ensure cost-efficiency, compliance, and smooth SaaS operations.

  • Experience with Software Asset Management (SAM) and vendor compliance audits.
  • Experience with Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs) and software contracts.
  • Knowledge of SOC 2 reviews, vendor risk assessments, data protection agreements, and security/compliance workflows.
Special Considerations
  • Hybrid work environment with initial on-site training for 3 4 weeks followed by primarily remote work.
Scheduling
  • 40 hours per week.
  • 12-month duration.
  • Location: Phoenix, Arizona.
  • On-site training period followed by 4 days per week remote work.
