Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience optimizing and standardizing manufacturing processes.
• Proven track record in process improvement and operational excellence.
• Knowledge of process engineering principles and control systems.
• Experience supporting capital projects and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, productivity, yield, and cost.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Develop engineering documentation including P&IDs and process control strategies.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues with production and maintenance teams.
• Manage small capital projects from concept through startup.
• Update MOC documentation and ensure EHSSQ compliance.
• Establish and monitor best operating practices across the plant.
