Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Process Industrial Engineer for a client in Fort Worth, TX. This is a full-time, direct-hire, 100% onsite role with annual salary of USD 60,000–65,000 plus Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K.

You will develop, optimize, and sustain PCBA and Final Assembly processes, partner with production, quality and engineering, drive SOPs and lean improvements, support automation and audits, and train teams to raise productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years in IE/Process/Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience with PCBA/electronics manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve SOPs for PCBA and Final Assembly.
• Analyze processes to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct time and motion studies to set labor standards.
• Train operators and cross-functional teams on new processes.
• Support automation projects and equipment integration.
• Investigate issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare documentation for audits and monitor KPIs.
• Report KPIs and drive continuous improvements.
