Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Automation Engineer to join a client in Fort Worth. The role is a full-time, direct-hire, 100% onsite position focused on deploying and maintaining automated equipment in electronics manufacturing.

The engineer will collaborate across Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Quality, and vendors to implement automation technologies, optimize equipment performance, and drive continuous improvement in a safe manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automation engineering or similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience with industrial automation, robotics, and machine vision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation, relocation, commissioning and integration of automation equipment for new and existing lines.
• Lead maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, motors, conveyors, pneumatic systems and vision systems.
