Job summary

Victrex is seeking a Process Engineer to support the production of thermoplastic composites parts and ensure an efficient transfer of products into production. The ideal candidate has industry experience in injection molding and is comfortable working onsite on a Monday–Friday day shift.

Responsibilities include owning manufacturing cells, leading process improvements, designing input for new parts, and managing capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Plastics, Composites, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering required.
• Experience in plastics/composites manufacturing (2+ years).
• Experience with injection molding is advantageous.
• SolidWorks CAD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned manufacturing cells including safety, maintenance, calibration, and operator training.
• Provide input for design of new parts using processing knowledge.
• Develop processes for manufacture of new parts and program machinery.
