Job summary

TxV Aerospace Composites is seeking a Process Engineer to support production of thermoplastic composite parts and ensure smooth transfer to manufacturing. Injection molding experience is valuable, with a full-time on-site schedule, Monday–Friday day shift.

Responsibilities include owning cells, improving processes, and collaborating with Quality to meet drawings while adhering to AS9100 standards. CAD/ SolidWorks experience is preferred for design input and tooling development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in plastics/composites/manufacturing engineering.
• Experience in plastics/composites manufacturing preferred; injection molding experience advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned manufacturing cells including safety, maintenance, calibration and training.
• Provide input for design of new parts using processing knowledge.
• Manage procurement and commissioning of new capital projects.
