EVCO Plastics is seeking a Plant Process Engineer at our Calhoun, GA plant to optimize rigid injection molding, refine processing windows, and improve cycle times.

This onsite, full-time role requires 3–5 years demonstrated experience in mold design and processing, strong analytical skills, and collaboration with tooling and production to drive corrective actions and sustained process stability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years plastics injection molding experience.
• 3–5 years hands-on processing experience.
• Extensive knowledge of mold design.
• Strong analytical skills and mechanical aptitude; statistical analysis capability.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose process variation using statistical analysis and structured problem-solving.
• Optimize molding parameters and document validated process standards.
• Partner with tooling and production to align mold design intent with robust processing.
• Lead trials, analyze results, and drive corrective actions through implementation.
