Job summary

Revere Plastics Systems is seeking an Injection Plastics Process Technician for off-shift to own startup, operation, and process control on multiple molding presses. You will dial in mold parameters, ensure first-piece quality, and maintain consistent output on a climate-controlled floor.

With 2+ years of injection molding experience, you’ll troubleshoot issues, tune resin processing, and support rapid mold changes.

Qualifications

• Proven background setting molds and running injection molding processes.
• Solid understanding of resins and core processing principles.
• 2+ years of injection molding experience preferred.
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills and strong mechanical aptitude.
• 3-axis robotics/programming exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set molds and bring presses online, dialing in parameters for first-piece approval.
• Investigate root causes when drift occurs and fix quickly.
• Tune processes to reduce scrap, stabilize cycles, and improve uptime.
• Program and fine-tune robotics (3-axis exposure a plus).
• Support quick mold changes to improve throughput.
• Coach operators on best practices and ensure audit-ready area.
