Job summary

You will develop validation protocols, manage investigations into quality issues, mentor engineers, and ensure compliance with quality systems and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related scientific discipline.
• 5–7 years of engineering experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience with TMV, IQ, OQ, and PQ validation activities.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead process development and optimization using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Design, execute validation activities and write protocols.
• Lead investigations into quality issues and CAPAs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring.
