Job summary

Jobot, a worldwide leader in aerospace and defense materials, seeks a process engineer to own and optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and drive quality. The role requires Lean Six Sigma expertise, ERP system experience, and a track record of cross-functional project leadership.

The candidate will lead root-cause investigations, reduce scrap, improve yield, and support product launches and validations within a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of process engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and cross-functional project leadership.
• Experience supporting root cause investigations with Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, RCCA.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve manufacturing processes, performance, and process control systems.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Drive scrap reduction, yield improvement, and throughput optimization.
• Support new product launches, process validations, and engineering trials.
• Support process improvement and capital equipment projects.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and control plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead projects using ERP systems.
