Job summary

Tex-Tech's Innovation Team in Maine seeks a Process Engineer to lead process improvements, optimize production, and drive lean manufacturing across aerospace and industrial applications. You will partner with manufacturing and quality teams to reduce cycle times, minimize waste, and improve product quality.

This hands-on role requires a Bachelor's in engineering and experience in manufacturing engineering, ERP/CMMS familiarity, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering relevant field.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering and process optimization.
• Knowledge of lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement.
• Experience with ERP/CMMS/EAM platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs to improve producibility and reduce cycle times.
• Conduct process/product audits and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor performance metrics and apply new quality/improvement techniques.
• Identify and drive process improvements to cost, delivery, and satisfaction.
• Support product strategy and manufacturing coordination for new products.
• Partner with Manufacturing Manager on schedules, materials, and issues.
• Share supervisory duties for production staff including coaching.
• Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives across operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
