Job summary

Concentra is seeking an experienced Athletic Trainer to work on-site at a client location in Valley, NE in a PRN capacity. The role emphasizes health, wellness, safety, and injury prevention for a dynamic workforce.

The AT-O will coordinate care, RTW planning, and injury prevention programs with client health and safety leadership, ensuring compliant, quality patient care and cost-effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer; Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers or equivalent.
• Degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and assess injuries per standing orders, including ROM, strength, reflex and functional status.
• Identify, evaluate and refer injured associates to clinicians for optimal care.
• Respond to onsite medical emergencies per action plans and standing orders.
• Assist in Workers' Compensation case management and claim follow-up.
• Coordinate return to work (RTW) job placement with HR and management.
• Develop injury prevention programs and ergonomic training.
