Job summary

BlueCrest, Inc. is seeking an experienced Onsite Service Technician to provide dedicated technical support at a client location.

This role focuses on maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of high-volume printing and mailing equipment. The technician will perform routine preventative maintenance, system upgrades and installations, and respond to equipment issues in real time, collaborating with internal teams to meet performance standards and exceed service expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electro-mechanical systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, including diagnostic tools and schematics.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Proficient in basic computer operations, including the use of service software, reporting tools, and mobile devices.
