Job summary

BlueCrest is seeking an experienced Onsite Service Technician to provide dedicated technical support at a client location. You will maintain, diagnose, and repair high-volume printing and mailing equipment, perform preventive maintenance and installations, and respond to issues in real time while collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Starting compensation is $28+ per hour, with a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and wellness

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing complex electro-mechanical systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic systems with diagnostic tools/schematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose and repair high-volume printing and mailing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, upgrades and installations.
• Respond to equipment issues in real time and collaborate with internal teams to meet performance standards.
