Job summary

BlueCrest is seeking an Onsite Service Technician to deliver dedicated technical support at a client location. You will maintain, diagnose, and repair high-volume printing and mailing equipment, performing routine maintenance and system upgrades as needed.

You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly, while following safety and quality standards. This role requires independence, travel to client sites, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with a starting hourly rate

Qualifications

2+ years diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electro‑mechanical systems in a customer setting.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic systems with diagnostic tools.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced service role.
Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Provide dedicated technical support at a client location and perform routine preventative maintenance.
Execute system upgrades and installations and respond to equipment issues in real time.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure timely resolution of complex problems.
Maintain service records and report on device performance and service outcomes.
