Job summary

Sharp Electronics Corporation USA is seeking a Field Service Representative to manage an assigned territory, installing, maintaining, and repairing Sharp equipment while delivering high customer satisfaction through effective communication and proactive service.

You will work under the Branch Field Service Manager, apply schematics and manuals to troubleshoot, and ensure accurate inventory and timely administrative duties within our digital product line.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in copier repair or repair and maintenance of electronic equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent mandatory.
• Technical vocational schooling preferred (electronics or electro‑mechanical).
• CompTIA A+ certification required.

Responsibilities

• Independently service and maintain a full territory in installation, maintenance, and repair of Sharp equipment.
• Resolve at least 82% of service calls upon completion of training and territory assignment.
• Read and interpret schematics and perform electrical troubleshooting as outlined in manuals and bulletins.
• Communicate with customers and management to ensure satisfaction and report issues.
• Maintain parts inventory and achieve strong inventory control.
• Complete administrative functions accurately and timely.
• Cooperate with colleagues to achieve branch service goals.
• Inform Group Leader/Branch Field Service Manager of underperforming machines and actions taken to resolve.
