Job summary

Candidates should have 5–7 years in a related field and a Bachelor's degree; a Master’s in Health Care Administration or related field is preferred with management experience in ambulatory settings.

Qualifications

• Requires 5-7 years of experience in a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required.
• Preferred Master’s degree in Health Care Administration or a Bachelor’s in Business/Management/health care with at least 2 years of concurrent management experience within ambulatory/physician practice.

Responsibilities

• Direct and facilitate management of patient care and clerical staff to deliver quality service.
• Assist the Director in planning, directing and overall operations within areas of responsibility.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, financial management and facility adequacy; ensure effective communication with staff, physicians and external customers.
