Job summary

ABM is seeking a Timekeeping Coordinator to support operations at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). The role handles all prevailing wage and certified payroll related tasks, including submittal of CPR paperwork, communication with PW CPR customers and ABM staff, and ensuring technicians receive correct prevailing wage rates for PW projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with prevailing wage and certified payroll tasks.
• Ability to manage PTO requests and coordinate with payroll.
• Strong data entry and file management skills.

Responsibilities

• Submit CPR related paperwork for prevailing wage projects.
• Communicate with PW CPR customers and ABM project teams.
• Ensure technicians are paid correct prevailing wage rate for each PW project.
• Assist in managing PTO requests and coordinating with payroll.
• Support onboarding, answer phones, filing, data entry, ordering supplies, and payroll assistance.
