Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Charlotte, NC to support the General Manager and airport leadership. You will manage site-level admin tasks, roster updates, onboarding coordination, and compliance submissions to keep operations running smoothly.

Your role ensures accurate reporting across sites, tracks hours and attendance, and supports talent acquisition and onboarding activities from Day 1 onward.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; associate degree or admin certification preferred.
• 1–2 years of similar admin or ops support experience; facilities/logistics background preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Teams, and data entry systems.
• Able to interpret and manage hours, payroll inputs, and staffing schedules.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.
• Strong organization and ability to meet multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily, weekly, and monthly admin tasks supporting Site Manager and operations.
• Manages roster updates, shift patterns, and attendance for contractual staffing.
• Prepares operating documents, checklists, and compliance submissions for audits and reviews.
• Maintains digital and physical records for safety, HR, operations, training, and payroll.
• Enters hours, PTO, shifts, and cross-site support data in ABM policy.
