Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interpret construction plans and ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and design team on plans and bid paperwork.
• Obtain permits and licenses as required.
• Review submittals for contract conformity.
• Manage change orders and keep project on schedule.
• Maintain project records and hand-off packages.
• Support project meetings and coordinate with subcontractors.
