Job summary

Target Hospitality in The Woodlands, TX is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager/Manager of Construction to lead multiple projects on-site. Responsibilities include interpreting plans, obtaining permits, coordinating with engineers and architects, and ensuring adherence to contract requirements.

The role requires a strong background in construction management, OSHA Site Safety experience, and excellent communication. Travel may be required; a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of building and construction management experience.
• OSHA Site Safety Experience.
• Up to date with modern technology and display excellent communication skills.
• Proven construction technical knowledge on site across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Interpret construction plans and ensure compliance with specs, codes, policies and processes.
• Obtain permits and licenses as required per contract.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and design team to determine plans and subcontract requirements.
• Review submittals for contract compliance and submit change orders as directed.
• Maintain project records and hand-off packages to Project Managers.
• Assist with scheduling inspections and coordinate with subcontractors.
