Upperline Health is hiring a Practice Success Coordinator to support our value-based care program, Upperline Plus. This onsite, patient-facing role educates patients about enrollment using an iPad, builds trust with patients, and collaborates with clinic staff to hit enrollment and engagement goals.

You will need a high school diploma and 2+ years in customer service, plus comfort with iPads and Microsoft Office, and HIPAA awareness.
