Upperline Health is hiring an Entry-Level Sales & Practice Success Coordinator to support the Upperline Plus program. This on-site, patient-facing role educates patients and enrolls them in the program at partner practices, guiding them through check-in/check-out and scheduling visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Comfort with iPads and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills and HIPAA awareness.
• Background in retail, hospitality, or call centers (preferred).
• Experience working with older adults/geriatric populations (preferred).
• Results-driven, mission-motivated mindset (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Educate and enroll patients in the program.
• Help patients see the value of engaging in the program and guide them through scheduling visits.
• Build rapport with patients and clinic teams.
• Partner with clinic staff to troubleshoot issues and refine enrollment workflows.
• Represent Upperline's culture and values at partner sites.
