Job summary

Smart State Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a PPC Specialist to join our on-site Media team in Fort Lee. You will support day-to-day execution, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Bing, and Meta, with a focus on performance marketing in a regulated industry.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years in PPC/SEM with strong data skills and comfort with reporting tools. You’ll help grow paid media expertise while contributing to acquisition for our iGaming and sports

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in PPC/SEM or paid media campaigns.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and basic performance marketing concepts.
• Strong attention to detail with data, spreadsheets and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in launching, monitoring, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Bing, Meta and other platforms.
• Support keyword research, audience research, and competitive analysis to improve performance.
• Track campaign metrics and help identify opportunities to improve CPA, CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
• Prepare performance reports and summarize key findings for the PPC Manager.
• Support A/B testing of ad copy, creative, landing pages, and audience targeting.
• Collaborate with creative, content, analytics, and product teams to support campaign execution.
• Ensure campaigns adhere to advertising, brand, and responsible gaming guidelines.
• Assist with budget pacing, spend tracking, and routine campaign maintenance.
