Job summary

Soft2Bet, a regulated iGaming platform, is seeking a PPC Specialist to support the PPC Manager in executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta and more.

You'll analyze performance, conduct keyword and audience research, prepare reports, and collaborate with Creative, Analytics, Product, and Compliance teams to drive efficient acquisition in a fast-paced, on-site role in Fort Lee, New Jersey.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in PPC, SEM, paid social, digital marketing, or campaign coordination.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and core paid-search concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze campaign data and metrics.
• Understanding of CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and budget pacing.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in performance marketing.
• Experience in iGaming or regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Launch, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta and other platforms.
• Support keyword research, audience research, and competitive analysis.
• Track campaign metrics and improve CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS.
• Prepare performance reports and summarize findings and recommendations.
• Support A/B testing of ad copy, creative, landing pages, bids, and targeting.
• Collaborate with Creative, Content, Analytics, Product, and Compliance teams.
• Ensure campaigns follow advertising standards and Responsible Gaming requirements.
• Assist with budget pacing, spend tracking, and quality assurance across platforms.
• Stay informed on platform updates and best practices in regulated iGaming.
