Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and technical oversight in the various Power Generation Plants.
• Guide plant staff to ensure compliance with modification processes.
• Lead causal analysis of plant component failures and operational events.
• Conduct project management and technical oversight for capital and O&M projects.
• Interface with plant production, maintenance, and external firms on scope and start-up.
• Ensure plant modification processes are followed on projects.
• Provide troubleshooting of equipment and address issues promptly.
• Oversee engineering activities of external firms and evaluate proposals.
• Support CORE criteria improvements and track action plans to completion.
• Ensure resources are available for daily operations and maintenance.
