Qualifikationen

• Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university.
• Pursuing a degree in a relevant engineering or technology field.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8, verified through an official transcript.

Aufgaben

• Assist power plant operators with daily operational tasks and monitoring.
• Learn startup, shutdown, and normal operating procedures of plant systems.
• Shadow operators in the control room to gain exposure to DCS and plant monitoring software.
• Assist with performance testing, efficiency checks, and equipment inspections.
• Support environmental and safety compliance activities, including data collection and reporting.
• Participate in preventative maintenance and coordinate with maintenance crews.
• Conduct basic technical research and assist on special projects as assigned.
• Follow all plant safety policies and PPE requirements.
