The role emphasizes strong leadership, team development, and continuous process improvement. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and apply Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.

Qualifications

• Experience with Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid project management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with PMI PMBOK standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium- to extra-large projects through the full lifecycle using PM methodologies.
• Acquire, develop, and manage project teams and resources.
• Define scope and objectives, manage changes, risk, budgeting, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Develop and manage project status reports for stakeholders and PMO dashboard metrics.
• Implement change management practices per PMO guidance.
• Forecast and acquire resources to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational guidelines.
• Facilitate and manage contract processes from initiation through closure.
• Perform gap and root-cause analyses and drive recommended improvements.
• Lead group activities and coordinate discussions to drive outcomes.
• Manage vendor relationships, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
