Job summary

G3 Tech Consultants is seeking a W2-qualified Project Manager for our Oklahoma City PMO. The role oversees end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and vendor management to ensure timelines and budgets are met.

The PMO-driven position emphasizes cross-functional leadership, change management, and adherence to PMI/PMBOK guidelines, with onsite collaboration at the Oklahoma City office.

Qualifications

• Experience with Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills and multi-tasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to extra-large complexity projects through full project life cycle activities, planning, communication, and team management.
• Prepare and manage project scope, objectives, change management, risk mitigation, budgeting, stakeholders, and vendor engagement.
• Develop and manage project status reports for stakeholders and PMO dashboard.
• Implement change management practices following agency and PMO guidance.
• Forecast and acquire resources to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure activities and deliverables adhere to guidelines.
• Facilitate and manage contract processes from initiation to closure.
• Perform gap analysis and root-cause analysis with improvement recommendations.
• Lead group facilitation for cross-agency interactions.
