Job summary

MGT in Oklahoma City is seeking a qualified Project Manager to join its PMO. You will drive projects from initiation to closing, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, and coordinate agency resources and vendor relationships.

The role requires experience with Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies, MS Project, and PMBOK standards, with strong communication and analytical skills to support project success.

Qualifications

• Experience with Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong familiarity with MS Project.
• Understanding PMI PMBOK Guide and Standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to extra-large complexity projects through full project life cycle activities, planning and communication, and manage project team.
• Perform standard project management deliverables: scope, change management, risk, budgeting, stakeholder communication, vendor engagement, SME utilization, closure.
• Develop and manage project status reports for PMO dashboard and stakeholders.
• Implement change management per agency and PMO guidance.
• Forecast, manage, and acquire resources to achieve objectives.
• Ensure activities and deliverables adhere to guidelines.
• Facilitate and manage contract processes from initiation to closure.
• Routinely perform gap and root-cause analysis; offer recommendations.
• Lead group facilitation in areas requiring interaction with independent parties.
