Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Experience: at least five years in plumbing and fire protection mechanical construction, with hi-tech or semiconductor projects preferred.
• LEED Accredited Professional or ability to become accredited within 18 months preferred.
• Proficient in reading construction documents and CSI specifications; strong communication with trades and owners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plumbing systems subcontractors and vendors to maintain schedule and support startup and commissioning.
• Interpret construction documents and control sequences; run startup meetings with teams and owners.
• Coordinate MEP systems with civil, architectural, and structural elements of the project.
• Review submittals; handle RFIs and scope changes; ensure documentation and records are complete.
