Antora Energy, Inc. in Pratt, Kansas is seeking a Plant Operator Technician to control and operate thermal energy storage and boiler systems, supporting installation, commissioning, and ongoing operations of our first-of-a-kind industrial energy storage installations.

You'll work with engineering and maintenance teams, follow safety standards, and contribute to SOPs, training, and hands-on diagnostics of large machinery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of operations experience with control systems.
• Strong health, safety regulations knowledge including hazardous energy handling.
• Experience with boilers, steam generators, and energy storage systems.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain boilers and balance-of-plant equipment.
• Follow SOPs and maintain safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose plant systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on commissioning and operations.
