Job summary

Cindavi is seeking a Process Control Network Engineer to own the technology backbone of our manufacturing operations in McIntyre, Georgia. This hands-on, highly visible role offers autonomy, technical challenges, and a direct link between your work and plant performance, with a full-time, on-site schedule.

You will manage domain controllers, switches, and connections for process-control devices; support SCADA/HMI environments; improve reliability, cybersecurity, backups, and disaster recovery;

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial IT infrastructure, servers, or cybersecurity.
• Hands-on AD and server administration experience.
• Strong independent troubleshooting and ownership of systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience with SCADA/HMI/PLCs is valuable but not required across every platform.

Responsibilities

• Administer domain controllers, AD, and servers supporting plant operations.
• Manage switches, VLANs, and network connections for process control.
• Troubleshoot outages, historian issues, and data collection interruptions.
• Support SCADA, HMI, historians, PLCs, and industrial communications.
• Improve reliability, cybersecurity, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, Maintenance, Instrumentation, Operations, and site leadership to solve plant problems.
