Job summary

Cindavi in the United States is seeking a Process Control Network Engineer to own the IT backbone for our manufacturing operations in McIntyre, GA. This hands-on role offers autonomy and visibility, directly linking IT performance to plant results.

You will manage AD, servers, switches, VLANs, and SCADA/HMI environments; collaborate across Engineering, IT, Maintenance, and Operations; and strengthen cybersecurity, backups, and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT infrastructure, server, networking, or cybersecurity in industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Hands-on AD, servers, switches, and VLANs administration experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and own systems supporting continuous plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft domain controllers, Active Directory, user permissions, licensing, and plant servers.
• Configure and maintain switches, VLANs, and network links for process-control devices.
• Diagnose outages and data-collection interruptions affecting production visibility.
• Support SCADA, HMI, historian, PLCs, and industrial communication with controls teams.
• Improve reliability, cybersecurity, backups, disaster recovery, and network architecture.
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, Maintenance, Instrumentation, Operations, and leadership.
