Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in industrial automation, process controls, or manufacturing systems.
- 8+ years of experience in leading and mentoring technical staff.
- Paper manufacturing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, program, implement, optimize and support PLC, DCS, HMIs, SCADA, instrumentation, drives, and industrial networks.
- Lead automation projects and improvements from planning through commissioning and start-up.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and production support as site expert for automation issues.
