Job summary

Oldcastle APG in Katy, Texas is seeking an experienced production supervisor to direct and organize daily production operations and lead a team of production employees. The position requires at least 4 years in manufacturing and 2 years of supervisory experience, plus strong communication and PPE-compliant capabilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Direct and organize production operations and oversee all production employees.
• Report production metrics accurately and timely.
• Conduct daily shift huddles and communicate safety, quality, and maintenance issues.
• Lead safety programs, including Lock Out Tag Out and CPM, and uphold plant policies.
• Assist with inventory of finished goods and raw materials and monitor quality on shift.
• Provide information to site leadership on operations and manpower status.
