Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Primavera; AutoCAD a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage job cost reporting processes and reporting for budget, forecasts, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with estimating and project teams to develop and maintain project schedules.
• Prepare payment applications, status reports, and client communications.
• Manage flow of technical information between customer and company, including submittals, RFIs, and daily reports.
• Negotiate, prepare, and manage subcontractor and purchase orders, including change orders and quotes.
• Lead or participate in field engineering, cost control, and project close-out documentation.
