Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Mount Holly, NC. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to promote overall health and wellness onsite.

The role emphasizes direct access to physical therapy services, adherence to APTA standards, and development of individualized treatment plans. You will participate in documentation, meetings, and referrals within the onsite network.

Qualifications

• Active PT license in North Carolina is required.
• Board certification (if applicable) must be current.
• CPR (BLS) certification required.
• Minimum three years' outpatient PT experience, outpatient orthopedics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Health Center staff to promote health and wellness for onsite employees.
• Provide evaluation, assessment and treatment planning per APTA standards.
• Promote direct access to PT services and practice at the highest skill level.
• Document care and communicate with referral sources.
• Participate in continuing education activities and peer review.
• Work with stakeholders to promote employee safety and ergonomics.
• Develop and deliver injury prevention and health promotion programs.
• Teach proper body mechanics at workstations.
