Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to provide care for client employees at our Health Center in Mount Holly, NC. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy services on site.

You will practice per APTA standards, promote direct access to services, and participate in patient care meetings, documentation, and community referrals. A minimum of three years’ outpatient orthopedic experience and current state licenses are

Competenze

• All state licenses/certifications to practice.
• Current board certificate (if applicable).
• Degree from accredited Physical/Occupational Therapy School.
• CPR (BLS for Healthcare Provider) certification with hands-on skills verification.
• At least three years’ outpatient orthopedic PT experience.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with Health Center staff including doctors, NPs, PAs, nurses, and wellness teams to promote health and wellness onsite.
• Practice according to APTA standards and current research to evaluate, assess and develop treatment plans.
• Promote direct access to physical therapy services and maximize the PTs' scope of practice.
• Participate in meetings, documentation, and reporting to onsite and community referral sources.
• Engage in continuing competence activities such as peer review, presentations, and grand rounds.
• Collaborate with safety officers, ergonomists, HR, and other vendors to promote employee safety.

Conoscenze

Three years' outpatient PT experience
