Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete PT documentation in the medical record per department guidelines.
• Manage PT caseload with efficiency and efficacy.
• Plan and coordinate PT treatment resources to meet patient goals.
• Plan and coordinate clinical programs in response to patient needs and regulations.
• Provide clinical supervision and teaching for PT students or staff.
• Select and perform PT evaluation procedures and adjust treatment plans as needed.
