Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in the applicable state.
• Knowledge of physical therapy principles and rehabilitation techniques.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with patients and care teams.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a rehab/healthcare setting.
• Must pass background check, pre-employment physical, TB screening, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' mobility, strength, balance, ROM, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on goals.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility and gait training.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies for recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehab professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment, and outcomes.
• Support discharge planning and continuation of therapy as required.
