Patient Care Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in Elizabeth, New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time, on-site role. You will diagnose and treat injuries, guide patients through rehab, and work within a collaborative team to optimize outcomes.

The position emphasizes evidence-based practice, hands-on therapy, and patient education, with a broad scope across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current valid New Jersey PT license.
• BLS certification from an approved organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with word processing and documentation systems.
• Ability to build strong therapeutic relationships with patients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans in consultation with physicians.
• Implement evidence-based rehabilitation protocols across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Provide hands-on therapy sessions using advanced techniques to promote recovery.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other care team members to optimize outcomes.
