Job summary

Pure Motion Orthopedic Solutions in Spring Hill, FL is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation center on a full-time basis. You will provide evidence-based therapy to a diverse patient population, designing individualized plans and educating families for long-term health.

Responsibilities include initial assessments, hands-on therapy, progress documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Florida Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical/outpatient experience.
• Strong clinical skills in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments of patients, evaluate ROM, strength, and functional status.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
• Provide hands-on therapy including manual techniques and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.
