Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current Florida Physical Therapist license.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical/outpatient experience.
  • Strong clinical skills in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities.
  • Excellent communication and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Pure Motion Orthopedic Solutions, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough initial assessments of patients to evaluate their physical conditions, range of motion, strength, and functional capabilities.
  • Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific rehabilitation goals, considering their unique backgrounds and lifestyles.
  • Providing direct hands-on therapy, utilizing manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise regimens, and complementary modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation to optimize recovery.
  • Educating patients and their families about prescribed home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health and wellness.
  • Monitoring and documenting patients' progress meticulously, making evidence-based adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to align with their evolving needs.
  • Collaborating effectively with our multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to ensure cohesive and coordinated patient care.
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in documentation.
  • Staying informed on the latest advancements in physical therapy, integrating new techniques and evidence-based practices into your patient interactions.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population ranging from post-operative orthopedic patients to individuals recovering from sports injuries and those with chronic pain conditions. Your expertise will allow you to address their specific needs and tailor your approach accordingly, supporting them through the rehabilitation journey from initial assessments to achieving their physical milestones.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience, encompassing both clinical and outpatient settings.
  • Strong clinical skills with the capacity to perform and assess a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to patients' individual needs.

Compensation and Benefits
