Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Florida Physical Therapy license to practice in facility.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on PT experience.
• Proficient clinical skills for diverse therapies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and set goals.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on therapy and modalities as appropriate.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs.
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
