Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate their physical conditions, functional abilities, and treatment goals, ensuring that each evaluation is thorough and personalized.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies tailored to each patient's specific needs, incorporating various therapeutic techniques.
• Deliver hands-on therapy, which may include advanced manual therapy techniques, tailored therapeutic exercises, and application of modalities such as heat, cold, or electrical stimulation.
• Educate patients and their families about home exercise protocols, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle changes that promote health and prevent recurrence of injuries.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to adapt to individual responses to therapy.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care for patients, discussing cases and sharing insights to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring that documentation reflects the care provided and supports billing practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying updated with advancements in physical therapy practices and integrating new techniques and methodologies into patient care.
